Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoveRight software and related services provided by Karve IT Ltd. ("Karve IT", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using MoveRight, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
MoveRight is a software platform designed for moving company operators. You may use MoveRight only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your account without written consent
2. Account Registration
To use MoveRight, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@moveright.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and Payment
MoveRight is offered on a monthly subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 5-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be deactivated.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with MoveRight within the first 60 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at support@moveright.app for a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first subscription period only.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
7. Intellectual Property
MoveRight and all associated software, content, and branding are owned by Karve IT Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of MoveRight is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all customer data you input into MoveRight.
9. SMS Communications
By providing a phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Move Right, Karve IT Ltd. with onboarding instructions, app tips, and support. Consent is not a condition of service. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
MoveRight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karve IT Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MoveRight. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of MoveRight after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
